This weeks contribution is a collection of all my remaining figures from Bombshell Miniatures' Counterblast game. All 28mm figures are either metal or resin. These figures are from two different factions. First up are the figures from the Galactic Defense Force (GDF).
From left to right: Shrinaar Sentry, Shrinaar Enforcer, Human Sentry and a Combot. The Shrinaar are cat people, hence the tail.
The second batch are from the Lancers faction. Lancers are the rough-and-tumble fringe of society types.
From left to right: Unagi (Alanti character), Shrinaar Captain, Alanti Lanceguard, Shrinaar Clipper and Ur'Zarl (Shrinaar character). The Alanti are shark people. And finally for the Lancers is this Heavy Combot.
That should give me an additional 50 points (10 x 28mm foot) for a total of 130. Next submission will probably be some French and Indian War figs.
Some real fun figures here, and very nicely painted.
ReplyDeleteGreat painting and love the basing. Never heard of Counterblast but like the look of the figures - is it a Sci Fi skirmish type game?
ReplyDeleteYes, it a skirmish type game with half a dozen figures or so a side.
DeleteVery attractive and well painted anthromorphic types! Not a group I'd like to encounter in a dark space station corridor
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the bombshell figure range! Unfortunately they’re not available in the uk and customs charges are prohibitive for me to add so it’s a real treat to see them so we’ll painted - excellent work!
ReplyDeleteLovely sci fi types! The Kzin types are ace!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Very nice
ReplyDeleteNot a game I've heard of but some really nice figures 👍
ReplyDeleteCool minis and nicely painted!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I love the bubble visored helmets. Such wonderful character and your brushwork really does them justice.
ReplyDeleteGreat collection of sci-fi figures. How do you get the cat people to not eat the fish people?
ReplyDeleteCan't really choose which ones I like the best, they are all exceptionally well painted!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Scott. These look great!
ReplyDeleteGreat colours!
ReplyDeleteNever heard of these before, but they certainly are nice figures and the paintjob is crisp and neat, very good!
