From ScottM: Russian Infantry Final Post

So this will be my last post as I have received my first vaccine shot. So for a finale I've got a group of World War 2 Russian infantry. This group of eight figs are from Black Tree Design.

Nothing outstanding for these figs, just basic riflemen.

And lastly is Lady Death from Warlord Games.

So that will give me an additional 45 points for a total of 235 points to end the challenge with.

From ScottM: French & Indian War Indians

I've been slowly plugging away on these figs the past few weeks and finally got them finished yesterday. These figs are all 28mm metal. The first group are from North Star Military Figures' Muskets & Tomahawks line.

The next group, with the exception of one of the figures, I don't remember who they are from.

The second figure from the left is from Warlord Games and came with the A Dark and Bloody Ground book. The other three, I'm not sure where they're from. They're either from Warlord, North Star, Sash & Saber or Galloping Major. No idea. Anyway they're pretty nice figs to pad out my Indian units.

So that should be an additional 50 points for a total of 190 points.

From ScottM: French & Indian War British

Finished another small batch of French & Indian War figs. These figures are all 28mm metal. First group is from North Star Military Figures and are from their Muskets & Tomahawk range. These are British Highland Light Infantry.

This is the first tartan I've even done and I think they turned out alright. They could use a few more black lines to break up some of the light green and blue but I don't think I have the steadiness or skill to do it in a timely fashion. But they're perfectly serviceable for the gaming table.

Next up is the British personality character pack from Warlord Games. From left to right we have Washington, Monroe and Wolfe.

More F&IW figs on the way!

So that should be an additional 50 points to give me a 140 point total.

From ScottM: French & Indian War French Regulars

Just finished these figs up. These are 28mm metal figs from Warlord Games for their French & Indian War line. This is the second box I've done of these guys and I can't say I enjoy painting white uniforms.

Pictures could be better. Better next time hopefully! Point wise that should be 18 x 5pts each for a total of 90 points.

From ScottM: Speeder Bikes & French ATG

With the conclusion of the main paint challenge, I found my "to be painted" shelf still loaded with figs needing paint, so this challenge is a great opportunity to keep the ball rolling! First up is a pair of Star Wars Legion Imperial Speeder Bikes.

A pretty simple unit to paint up and a fair bit of character.

Next in a completely different theme is a World War 2 French 25mm anti tank gun. This simple metal figure is from Army Group North Miniatures.

I had started this figure back before the main paint challenge started, so it's sat on my paint table partially completed for a number of months.

I'm also going to be tracking how I do using points. So this would be 2 x 40mm cavalry (for the speeder bikes) and a 28mm crewed weapon = 40 points.
